Horde Leveling Guide – The Best of the Best

By Peter Smellson | February 9, 2010

It doesn\’t really matter what race you choose, whether it be a blood lusting orc, a haughty blood elf, or a chillaxing troll, once you reach the end game you will have some other level 80\’s you want to pummel. It can take a few months to knock down that many levels however. Most of

the good parts of the game starts once you reach level 80, so many people rush to that level as fast as possible.

I have made a guide for you to over come this wall of leveling that intimates many players. This is the top Horde leveling guide I produced.

1. Always complete quests while leveling up your \”hordie.\” Simply killing mobs is no longer enough, and not only are there vast XP bonuses from completing quests, there are also opportunities for achieving equipment, money, and good rep with various groups within the world.

2. During leveling, do not waste your time trying to gear up at the auction house. Visiting the AH each time you gain two or three levels for better equipment is a great waste of your time. Instead, continue completing quests and equip the various weapons, armor, and jewelry that you gain, as these are typically enough. Furthermore, this really saves you money that can be used for epic mounts.

3) It is in your best interest to spec for soloing as well. It can really help if you are capable of dealing with a few mobs instead of one at a time. Doing multiple mobs in a single go will help you complete quests at a really enhanced rate bring in faster exp.

4) Make sure the quests you do are aways a few levels below your char. Green quests are much easier to complete than orange ones, and the exp penalty from green quests is never much at all. It is much easier to do the green quests over all.

5. Always combine quests, working on up to three to four at once. This is perhaps the most essential piece of information in this Horde leveling guide. All quests are typically grouped in order to maximize leveling time, usually falling near one another as to reduce travel time.

6) Once again, never spend money on the auction house, save your money so you can learn your riding skills and buy your mounts. The speed you get from your mount will allow you to travel faster and really get the Exp flowing.

7) It\’s best to skip elite quests and never group with others to do normal ones. Usually doing group quests or even grouping for normal ones will only slow you down.

I hope you have found my guide helpful. If you give it a chance, it will help you level your character at a much faster pace. Simply follow the points outlined within the guide and you should be in a good position in no time. While these points may be simple, these are the most effective, making my guide one of the best out there.
